How We Grade Our Products

How We Grade Our Products

When you sell your phone to Envirofone Trade, after we have carefully checked and tested the phone and decided on an amount your phone is worth to give back to you, your phone is given a grade. Then, when these phones are sold on our website, this grading helps customers understand the condition of the phone before it arrives at their door. The lower the grade of the phone, the lower the price of the product. We have 7 different grades for our products each with different meanings, and if you don’t understand them they can be tricky to get your head around.

So let’s dive into how we grade our products so the next time you sell some tech, you’ll understand why your phone has been graded the way it has.

  • Refurbished As New Condition – A product that is premium quality at the fraction of the original price. It has no sign of use and will arrive in our Envirofone Boxing.
  • Refurbished Pristine Condition – (Perfect) A product of premium quality that has light signs of use, including light scratches. The working order of the phone is excellent.
  • Refurbished Excellent Condition – (Excellent) A product of excellent quality that has isolated wear and tear including dents and scratches. This wear and tear is very obvious in areas around the tech like the sides, back or front. The product is still fully functioning.
